C’était dans
l’air, c’est désormais officiel : Le Contrat de Quartier Durable Albert tient
son bureau spécialisé pour organiser la participation citoyenne jusque fin 2018
autour de l’ensemble des projets d’architecture et d’espace public !
Le marché
public lancé au mois de mars a été attribué cet été à Tr@me scrl. Spécialisée
dans la mobilisation citoyenne et le développement territorial concerté, son
équipe pluridisciplinaire a pour première mission de reprendre contact, dès la
rentrée, avec l’ensemble des acteurs du quartier Albert : habitants,
commerçants, associations, comités de quartier, usagers… L’objectif est de
compléter le diagnostic réalisé en 2012 et établir une méthode de travail
adaptée.
Une fois
cette première phase terminée, des
appels à participation apparaîtront. Guettez-les donc afin de vous
impliquer et ainsi garantir des interventions en phase avec la réalité de
terrain et répondant aux besoins du quartier. Le résultat de ces actions
permettra d’alimenter le travail des bureaux d’étude en charge de la conception
des futurs projets pour votre quartier.

Het hing al in de
lucht en het is nu officieel : Het Duurzame Wijkcontract Albert heeft zijn
gespecialiseerd bureau voor de organisatie van de burgerparticipatie tot eind
2018 rond het geheel aan projecten inzake architectuur en openbare ruimte !
De overheidsopdracht opgestart in de maand maart werd deze zomer
toegekend aan Tr@me cvba. Gespecialiseerd in het mobiliseren van burgers en
georganiseerde territoriale ontwikkeling, bestaat de eerste opdracht van het multidisciplinaire
team erin om bij het begin van
het schooljaar opnieuw contact op te nemen met het geheel aan actoren uit de Albertwijk :
inwoners, handelaars, verenigingen, buurtcomités, gebruikers… De doelstelling
is de diagnostiek uitgevoerd in 2012 aan te vullen en een aangepaste
werkmethode vast te leggen.
Eens deze eerste fase beëindigd is, zullen er oproepen tot participatie volgen.
Kijk er dus naar uit teneinde betrokken te worden en zo interventies te
waarborgen die op één lijn zitten met de realiteit op het terrein en die
tegemoet komen aan de behoeften van de wijk. Het resultaat van deze acties maakt
het mogelijk inhoud te geven aan het werk van de studiebureaus die belast zijn
met de ontwikkeling van de toekomstige projecten voor uw wijk.
